Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
This policy covers the ServerFix AI website (serverfixai.com), the subscription service, and what the desktop application does and does not send us. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. Data controller: Inihub, support@serverfixai.com.
What we collect, and why
When you sign in with Google (on the website or in the app), we receive and store your Google account's name, email address, and profile picture URL, plus Google's stable account identifier. This is the entire account record. We use it to operate your account and match your subscription. We do not receive your password — there is none — and we request no other Google data or permissions.
When you subscribe, we store your plan, its status and billing period, and a reference from the payment provider. Card details never touch our servers — they go to Paddle, which acts as merchant of record for all purchases, under its own privacy policy.
When the app checks your subscription, we log the check (account, time) to operate the service and update a "last seen" timestamp. The app performs this check at most a few times a day.
What we deliberately never receive
The desktop application keeps your working data on your machine: server addresses and credentials, SSH host keys, terminal output, file contents, and your conversations with the assistant. Credentials are encrypted with your operating system's keychain. None of this is transmitted to us — the app's only conversations with our servers are sign-in and the subscription check described above.
Content you share with the AI assistant (terminal output, file contents) goes directly from your machine to the AI provider you configured, under your own API key and their privacy terms. We are not in that path and cannot see it.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies Laravel needs to function: a session cookie and a CSRF token, plus a "remember me" cookie if you sign in. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. It is shared only with the processors needed to run the service: Google (sign-in), the payment provider (billing), and our hosting provider (where the database lives). Each acts under its own privacy commitments. We disclose data beyond that only if legally compelled.
Retention and deletion
Account and subscription records are kept while your account exists, and billing records as long as accounting law requires. To delete your account, email support@serverfixai.com from your account address — we remove your account record and sign-in data within 30 days. Uninstalling the app leaves its local data folder on your machine (your servers and chats are not ours to delete); the app's documentation describes where it lives.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — same email as above. Since the entire record is what's described on this page, these requests are simple and answered quickly.
Changes
Changes to this policy appear on this page with an updated date. A change that meaningfully reduces your privacy will be announced to account holders by email before it takes effect.
