If ServerFix AI is not right for you, tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no argument — email support@serverfixai.com from the address on your account, or reply to your receipt. A reason helps us improve but is not required.

Renewals

Monthly renewals are not automatically refundable, because cancelling is always available first — cancel any time and you keep premium until the end of the paid period, with no further charge. If a renewal was charged in error (for example, you cancelled and were billed anyway), contact us and we will refund it.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, and refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Paddle — typically appearing within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your receipt email from Paddle also contains a link to raise the refund with them directly; either route ends the same way.

After a refund

Your subscription ends and premium features lock once the app next checks in (at most a few days). The free features — the SSH terminal and file browsing — keep working forever, and your saved servers and history remain on your machine, untouched.

The trial exists so refunds are rare

Every install gets 15 days of every paid feature free, before any payment. We would rather you test thoroughly on the trial than pay and regret it.
