Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 18 August 2026
ServerFix AI is operated by Inihub ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the ServerFix AI desktop application (the "Software"), you agree to these terms. If you purchase through a payment provider acting as merchant of record (such as Paddle), their checkout terms also apply to the payment itself.
1. The service
ServerFix AI is a desktop SSH client with an AI assistant. The free tier includes the SSH terminal and SFTP file browsing, forever. A paid subscription unlocks premium features according to your plan: the AI operator and folder synchronisation (all paid plans), and WHMCS / custom-API ticket automation (Business plan). Every new installation includes a 15-day free trial of the AI operator and folder sync.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for activity under your ServerFix AI account. One subscription covers one account; a subscription is not a licence to share one account across a team.
3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; premium features remain active until the end of the period already paid for, and no further charges are made. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice — a change never applies to a period you have already paid. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee).
4. Acceptable use
You may only connect the Software to servers you own or are authorised to administer. You must not use the Software to gain or attempt unauthorised access to any system, to violate any law, or to interfere with our service (including probing or disrupting the subscription API). We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse.
5. The AI assistant — your responsibility
The Software proposes commands and can, with your configuration, execute them on live servers. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what runs on your systems and for maintaining backups. The approval controls exist so that nothing needs to run without your review; how permissively you configure them is your choice and your risk. Where you enable ticket automation, you are responsible for the runbooks you enable and the access you grant.
6. Your AI provider
The Software sends the content you choose to share with the assistant (such as terminal output and file contents) to the AI provider you configure, under your own API key and that provider's terms. We are not a party to that relationship and never receive that content.
7. Software licence
The Software is licensed, not sold, under the End User Licence Agreement shown in the installer. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer it except where law permits. These website terms and the EULA are complementary; for use of the desktop application itself, the EULA governs.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the subscription service continuously available, and the Software is built to tolerate outages: a valid subscription keeps working offline for up to 7 days. The free features never depend on our servers at all. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or API.
9. Disclaimer and liability
THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES — INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR SERVER DOWNTIME ARISING FROM COMMANDS RUN THROUGH THE SOFTWARE — AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, cancel your subscription and it lapses at period end.
